Babbling Brook Lodge Bronaber

Babbling Brook Lodge is a wooden cabin in Bronaber, near Trawsfynydd. It's detached, so it's just you and the garden. The garden has a small stream running through one corner of it. You can hear the water from the decking area.

It sleeps four, with two bedrooms. One's a double, the other has full-sized bunk beds. There's one shower room. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's clean and comfortable, but it's a cabin in Wales, so expect a few scuffs here and there. The living space is all open plan.

You're right on the edge of the Snowdonia National Park. The A470 is a couple of minutes away, which is useful for getting around. Bala Lake is about a 20 minute drive south, good if you're into kayaking or just want a walk by the water. Coed y Brenin forest is 15 minutes north, they have mountain bike trails and walking routes.

For a day out, Portmeirion is roughly half an hour's drive. It's unusual. The Ffestiniog Railway starts in Porthmadog, which is also about 30 minutes away. If you want to go up Snowdon without the climb, the Snowdon Mountain Railway starts in Llanberis, that's around 40 minutes by car.

In terms of what's here: there's parking right outside, WiFi, a TV, and bedding is provided. You can bring one dog. The kitchen has what you need for a week's stay.
