The cottage is called Lundin Links. It's on the Turnberry resort in Ayrshire.
It sleeps four people in two bedrooms and has one bathroom. It's a 5 Star place, which means it's been checked and meets a high standard. It's comfortable and well-equipped.
You're right on the resort grounds. That means you have access to the resort spa and the swimming pool. There's an electric vehicle charger outside the cottage.
The famous golf courses are here. The Ailsa Course has hosted The Open. Guests get a residential rate to play. If you don't play golf, you can just look at the views. You can see Ailsa Craig and the Isle of Arran from the cliffs.
The beach is about a mile away. It's good for walks. The Ayrshire Coastal Path runs right past here if you want a longer walk.
For a day out, Culzean Castle is about a 20 minute drive. It's a National Trust for Scotland property. You can walk the cliffs and through the woods there. The Robert Burns Birthplace Museum in Alloway is about half an hour away.
Inside, there's a living room with a large TV, a fully fitted kitchen with a dishwasher, and two bedrooms. All the bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them. You can bring up to two dogs.
The resort has places to eat, including the 1906 restaurant. There's also a local pub nearby.
