The Coach House
The Coach House is in Old Dailly, on the Bargany Estate. It's a detached stone building that used to be the estate's coach house. You're right in the middle of about five hundred acres of woodland. There are walks from the door along the river, and you'll see plenty of roe deer and birds. If you want to fish for trout or salmon, you can arrange that.
It sleeps four in two bedrooms, with one bathroom that has a shower. It's a 4 Star place, so it's comfortable and well kept. The garden is enclosed, which is good if you're bringing dogs.
You're a short drive from the coast. Girvan is the nearest proper town, about ten minutes away. It's a harbour town with a decent beach, a boating lake, and the usual shops and places to eat. You can get boat trips from there.
This part of Ayrshire has a lot of coastline to explore, with beaches and rocky coves. If the weather turns, there's a swimming pool in Maybole, which is about six miles away. For a shop or a pub, you'll need to drive about three and a half miles.
What's here: a dishwasher, washing machine, TV, WiFi, and bike storage. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking right outside. You can bring up to two dogs.
