Millers Cottage is on Forge Mill Farm, near Warmingham in Cheshire. It's part of a set of barns that have been converted. The farm is working, so you'll see tractors and animals around.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom upstairs. The bathroom has an electric shower over the bath. The ceilings are sloping in places, and there are some old beams. Downstairs is open plan, sitting room and dining area, with a small kitchen off it. There's a separate toilet downstairs too.
It's a 3 Star place. Comfortable and clean, but not luxurious. The WiFi works. There's a TV, a washing machine, and parking right outside. Bedding and towels are provided.
You're in the countryside here. For a walk, Delamere Forest is about twenty minutes drive. The National Trust's Tatton Park is half an hour away. Beeston Castle is similar. Chester is about 45 minutes. The zoo is there, and the Blue Planet Aquarium.
Manchester and Liverpool are roughly an hour's drive if you want a city day. The Peak District is also about an hour to the edge. North Wales, for the coast or Llandegla mountain biking, is around ninety minutes.
It's a quiet spot. The other cottage next door can be booked together if you're a bigger group.
