The Dairy At Brook House Farm

The Dairy is a single-storey cottage on our farm in Walley's Green. It was the old milking parlour, so it's one big open space inside. You've got the living area, kitchen, and bed all in one room. The ceiling is high with oak beams. It has underfloor heating, so it's warm underfoot.

It sleeps two. One double bed, one bathroom with a walk-in shower. It's got a 4 Star rating. Because it's all on the ground floor and has a wheelchair-accessible entrance, it suits people who find steps difficult.

You'll be on a working farm. We're about, so you'll see us and the animals coming and going sometimes. The cottage looks onto a shared courtyard. You have your own patio area with a table and chairs. The view is over our fields.

Middlewich is a few minutes' drive for shops and pubs. The canals there are good for a flat walk. Nantwich is about 15 minutes the other way. It's a nice old town. They have an outdoor saltwater pool that's open in summer.

You're well placed for days out. Chester and Manchester are both about 30-40 minutes by car. Several National Trust places are within half an hour: Tatton Park, Little Moreton Hall, and Dunham Massey. Delamere Forest is close for walking. The Peak District is about 45 minutes away.

For facilities, it has WiFi, a TV, a dishwasher, and a washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair. There's parking right outside. No pets, sorry.
