Holly Tree Barn Walley's Green

Holly Tree Barn is on our farm in Walley's Green, near Middlewich. It's an old milking parlour we converted. You're looking out over fields. The sunsets on a clear evening are good.

It sleeps nine people. Five bedrooms, three bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating. There's underfloor heating, which is nice when it's cold. The ceilings are high with some exposed brick and beams.

Being a barn, the spaces are quite big and open. You're on a working farm, so you'll see tractors and hear the animals sometimes.

The barn is around a courtyard with a few other cottages. You get your own patio garden area. There's parking right outside.

Middlewich is about ten minutes away by car. It's got shops and takeaways. The canals there are nice for a walk. Nantwich is fifteen minutes the other way. It's a nice old town. They have an outdoor saltwater pool that's open in the summer.

If you want a day out, there's a lot within half an hour. Tatton Park and Little Moreton Hall are close. So is Delamere Forest for walking. Beeston Castle is up on a hill.

Further afield, you can get to Chester, the Peak District, or Manchester in under an hour.

Inside, there's a washing machine, dishwasher, TV, and WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair. No pets, sorry.
