The Cottage
The Cottage is in Arivegaig. It's a detached place, so you won't have anyone next door. It sleeps four, with two bedrooms and a bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating.
The garden is enclosed, which is good if you have kids or a dog. You can see the loch from the house. The patio doors open straight out onto it.
It's a great spot for the beach. A three-mile walk from the door gets you to the Singing Sands. It's a proper sandy beach, not just rocks. There's local fishing too.
You're right in the Highlands here. The drive in is spectacular. You can see the Glenfinnan viaduct from the road, where the Harry Potter steam train goes over. Loch Shiel is there for birdwatching, you might see ospreys. Castle Tioram is a ruined castle on an island you can walk to at low tide. It's about a 25-minute drive away.
In the house, you've got a washing machine, a dishwasher, and WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot if you need it. Parking is on site.
