Woodlea Farm is in Medstead, Hampshire. It's a detached place with a lot of land around it. It sleeps eleven, which is unusual. Four bedrooms, three bathrooms. It's got a 5 Star rating. It's a big, modern house rather than an old cottage.
The kitchen is large with an island and bifold doors that open out onto the patio. There's an outdoor kitchen area with a barbecue and a pizza oven. The hot tub is sizeable. Inside, there's a separate cinema room with a PlayStation. One of the bedrooms is set up like a den with cabin beds, which children tend to like.
Outside, there's a trampoline and an astroturf area you can use for games. The grounds include a small pet farm with animals. The Watercress Line steam railway runs past the bottom of the property, so you'll see and hear the trains. You can visit Watercress Line for timetables if you want a trip.
The village has a local pub. Alton is about ten minutes by car for supermarkets and shops. Jane Austen's House Museum is in Chawton, about a fifteen minute drive. For walking, Alice Holt Forest is close by. Winchester, with the cathedral and Marwell Zoo, is about 40 minutes away.
