Whitedown is in Upper Farringdon. It's a cottage for two, converted from part of a granary in a stable yard. The setting is quiet, just fields and woods.
It's got one bedroom and one bathroom. It's a 3 Star place, so it's comfortable and clean but not luxurious. The kitchen and bathroom are good. There's fast broadband.
You can have two dogs. There's an enclosed patio area with furniture, but it's part of a shared courtyard with the other cottages.
There's a riding school on site if you want to book a trek. Otherwise, it's just good walking or cycling country straight from the door.
You're about half an hour from Winchester. The cathedral and the Great Hall are worth seeing. The New Forest is east of here, maybe a 40-minute drive. Alton is closer, about 15 minutes away.
For places to visit, National Trust Hampshire and Visit Hampshire have good information.
Facilities: there's parking, a cot, highchair, and stairgate if you need them. Bedding and towels are included.
There's a door that connects to the cottage next door, Pleasure Row. You can book both together if you're a larger group.
