Goldridge is in Newton Valence, Hampshire. It's a one bedroom cottage, sleeps two. It used to be part of a granary, now it's in a stable yard. Quiet spot.
It's got a 3 Star rating. That means it's comfortable and clean, but not high-end. Everything you need is there. The kitchen and bathroom are fine. There's WiFi and a TV.
The outside space is a shared patio courtyard. It's got garden furniture. The yard is enclosed.
There's an onsite riding school. You can book treks from there if you want. The countryside around here is good for walking or cycling. It's properly rural.
One thing to know: there's a door that connects to the cottage next door, Maplescombe. It's kept locked unless both places are booked together by one group.
Practical stuff: all bedding and towels are included. There's parking right there. You can bring up to two dogs. We've got a cot and a highchair if needed. There's also a stairgate.
If you're planning trips, the South Downs National Park website is useful. For historic houses and walks, National Trust Hampshire has good information. Winchester is about half an hour's drive, and the coast at the Solent is roughly the same.
