Maplescombe
Maplescombe is in East Tisted. It's a cottage in a converted stable yard, part of an old granary site.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. It's a 3 Star place, so it's comfortable and clean but not luxurious. The stairs are fine, just normal cottage stairs.
It's very rural. The views are all countryside and woods. Good if you like walking or cycling straight from the door. There's a riding school on site if you want to book a hack.
The cottage itself is in a clapperboard barn. There's wifi and a TV. You get your own bit of patio with furniture in the shared courtyard.
One thing to know is there's an interconnecting door inside to another cottage called Goldridge. It's kept locked unless both places are booked together.
You can bring two dogs. There's parking. All the bedding and towels are included. There's a washing machine, a cot, and a highchair if you need them.
For things to do, the South Downs National Park is close. Winchester is about a 20 minute drive, and you can get to the coast at Southsea in just over half an hour. If you're planning visits, the National Trust South Downs and South Downs National Park websites are useful.
