Hynish House is in Melbost. It's a detached bungalow, so everything's on one level. It looks out onto the back garden. The garden's enclosed.
It's a one bedroom place, sleeps two. One bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. Everything's included - bedding, towels, electricity, wifi. There's a washing machine, parking, and space to store bikes. We've got a cot if you need one.
The coast path is only a couple of minutes walk away. If you're bringing kayaks, you can store them in the back garden and launch from nearby. There's local fishing, horse riding, and a golf course not far off.
For things to do, you're about forty minutes from Stornoway in the car. There are plenty of good restaurants there. The Callanish Standing Stones are just over half an hour away. For wider planning, the Visit Scotland Outer Hebrides site is useful.
Important to know: you'll need to book your ferry crossing. Caledonian MacBrayne are the operators. Their main page is CalMac. It's best to do that well in advance.
