Lower Barn is in Dolgran, near Llandysul in Carmarthenshire. It's a stone barn conversion, semi-detached. You get views over the fields, which are quite nice, especially in the morning.
It sleeps up to six people. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, so that helps. It's a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable and well-equipped. The main bedroom has a door to a small Juliet balcony.
Inside, it's got a wood-burning stove for the cooler evenings. There's a dishwasher and a washing machine. The ceilings are vaulted with some wooden beams, so it feels quite spacious. All the bedding and towels are included.
You can bring up to two dogs. There's parking right outside.
Llandysul is the nearest proper town, about a ten minute drive. It's a small market town on the River Teifi. There are shops and a couple of places to eat.
For days out, Cardigan Bay and the coast is about half an hour's drive. Aberystwyth is in that direction too, maybe 40 minutes. You've got the Cambrian Mountains and the Bannau Brycheiniog (Brecon Beacons) National Park within about half an hour's drive for walking. The National Trust has a few places nearby like Dinefwr Park.
