The Cottage Stockton on Teme

The Cottage is in Stockton on Teme. It's a detached house, so no one attached either side. The garden is enclosed.

It sleeps nine, in four bedrooms. There are four bathrooms, which is handy with that many people. Two of the bedrooms have their own showers. It's a 4 Star place, so it's comfortable and well-equipped.

The kitchen is a good size. There's a separate dining room with a big table. The living room has a wood burner. Downstairs also has a games room with a pool table, which can be a good distraction.

Outside, there's a decent garden. There's a charcoal BBQ and plenty of places to sit. If you're bringing dogs, the garden is secure. There's a utility room with a washing machine and a sink for muddy boots.

You can walk to a local pub from here. The nearest proper shops are in the nearby villages like Great Witley, which has a farm shop and a post office.

For things to do, the Wyre Forest is about 15 minutes away by car. It's a big woodland area with walking and cycling trails. You can hire a 'tramper' scooter if walking is difficult. They have a Go Ape treetop course there too.

West Midlands Safari Park is about 20 minutes away if that's your sort of thing.

Worcester is within half an hour for shopping, restaurants, and the racecourse. Tenbury Wells is closer, a small market town with some nice cafes and shops.
