The Archway is the ground floor flat of a big old manor house in Newnham Bridge. It's a one-bedroom place, so it sleeps two. You get your own front door off a little gravel path. The building is from the 1820s and sits in about three acres of land.
It's a 4 Star rating, which means it's comfortable and well-looked after. The main room is open plan, so the kitchen, living and dining area is all one space. There's a shower room. The bed is made up for you when you arrive and towels are included.
You can bring one dog. There's parking right outside. There's a shared courtyard area, and sometimes the owners let you use other parts of the garden, but you'd need to ask.
The place is quiet. You look out over fields and the Teme Valley. Tenbury Wells is about a seven minute drive away. It's got a few shops and places to eat. Further on, Ludlow is about twenty minutes. That's good for a day out, lots of history and food.
If you want a proper day trip, Worcester or Hereford are half an hour's drive. Shakespeare's Stratford-upon-Avon is about forty five minutes. The Severn Valley Railway is popular, and the West Midlands Safari Park is close by.
There are plenty of walks from the door or a short drive away. The area is good for riding and there's a golf course locally. The flat has WiFi and a TV. There's a BBQ you can use in the courtyard.
If you're looking for things to do, the National Trust site for the area has details of properties and walks.
