Lower East is an apartment for two people. It's on the ground floor of a big Georgian country house, built around 1820. You get your own private entrance from the side of the building.
It's a modern space inside. Open plan living area with the kitchen and a table. The bedroom is part of that same room, but it's a proper bed area. There's a modern shower room. Everything's clean and in good order.
Outside, you have a private courtyard with a table and chairs. Beyond that, there are about three acres of grounds to walk around. It's very quiet, with views over the valley. The owners have left two yoga mats if you fancy using them. They also offer painting classes you can book.
The location is peaceful. It's just outside Newnham Bridge. Tenbury Wells is a seven minute drive. It's a small market town with shops and a few places to eat.
Lots of places are within half an hour. Ludlow is about twenty minutes, good for food and a walk around the castle. Worcester and Hereford are both thirty minutes if you want a cathedral city. The Severn Valley Railway is a popular day out. West Midlands Safari Park is about twenty five minutes away.
For walkers, you're on the edge of the Teme Valley. There are good footpaths from the door. The property is listed as rural, so you will need a car.
In terms of what's here: there's a washing machine, dishwasher, TV, and WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. Electricity is part of the price. There's parking on site. One well-behaved dog is allowed.
