Rimmers Farmhouse is about three miles north of Tenbury Wells. It’s a detached brick farmhouse, next to our house. The garden is enclosed and looks over fields. There’s parking right outside.
It sleeps up to ten people. Five bedrooms, three bathrooms. It has a 5 Star rating, which means it’s well-equipped and kept to a high standard. The kitchen has an electric Aga and a steam cooker. There’s a wood burner in the sitting room.
A shop and a pub are about two and a half miles away in the village. For a bigger shop, Tenbury Wells is a few minutes’ drive.
You’re in the middle of several counties here. Worcester is about half an hour’s drive. The cathedral is well worth a visit, and the river walks are good. The Malvern Hills are about 25 minutes south, good for a proper walk. The Shropshire Hills are a similar distance north.
If you’re interested in history, Hereford Cathedral has the Mappa Mundi, which is about 40 minutes away. The Elgar Route passes nearby, with his birthplace museum at Lower Broadheath.
For facilities, it has a washing machine, dishwasher, cot, highchair, and a stairgate. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring one dog. There’s a BBQ in the garden.
