This three bedroom house in Whitstable is ideally located just a short walk from the beach, town centre and train station, and has parking for up to three cars which is unusual for the area. The property has been decorated and furnished to a very good standard by the owners as they use the property a lot too! The upstairs bedroom has an en-suite with a wonderful spa bath with lights and bubbles, great to relax in after a busy day exploring. The owner has also provided a pool table and table tennis table which can be used indoors or outdoors, and two kayaks for guests to use at their leisure. There is an old tortoise called Sam who roams freely in the garden during the summer. He is friendly and children are welcome to feed him with leftover salad, fruit or dandelion leaves. He wants a mate and will try butting and nibbling your feet, so if you are sitting in the garden you may want to put your feet up, but of course you would anyway as you’re on holiday! The owner will enter the garden from time to time to check on him, but always by prior arrangement.
