The Granary
The Granary is in Poulshot, about three miles from Devizes. It's a detached brick building. We finished renovating it in 2023.
It sleeps six. That's three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One of the bedrooms and a shower room are downstairs, which is handy. It's got a 4 Star rating. Everything's new and clean.
The main living area is open plan, with a wood burner and a kitchen with new appliances. There's Sky TV. The garden at the front is small with some seating and a barbecue. It's not enclosed, but there's a big green in front of the drive. You can walk straight out into the countryside from the door.
We accept up to two dogs. They need to be on a lead outside.
The village pub is five minutes walk. They do good food. There's a farm shop here too. Devizes is three miles away for supermarkets and other shops. It's got the Kennet and Avon Canal with all those locks.
You can get to a lot of places from here within half an hour. Avebury is close, and Stonehenge isn't far. Lacock and Castle Combe are about twenty miles. Bath and Salisbury are within an easy drive. Longleat and Bowood House are nearby for days out.
