Sycamore Lodge is one of four timber lodges on a smallholding near Chittoe Heath. It's detached, so you're on your own. The park is quiet, just a few lodges on a couple of acres. You look out over fields towards the Round Way Hills.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got a 3 Star rating, which means it's comfortable and clean. Everything you'd expect is there.
There are about twelve acres of private woods on site for walks. You'll see chickens roaming about, and you can collect eggs for your breakfast. There are horses in the fields too.
It's a good spot for getting out to places. Devizes and Melksham are close for shops. Avebury is about twenty minutes by car. You can walk amongst the stones there. Stonehenge is roughly half an hour away. Bath is also about a thirty minute drive. The golf course at Bowood House is nearby if you're into that.
For facilities: there's a washing machine, a cot and highchair if needed, and all bedding and towels are included. There's parking right by the lodge. The garden is enclosed, which is good if you're bringing dogs. You can bring up to two pets.
