Orchard Barn

Orchard Barn lies on the grounds of the owners working farm, a converted cow shed which has been tastefully decorated throughout and offers home from home comfort in the glorious surroundings of the rolling hills of mid Wales. It has a great open plan living space with Smart TV and French doors leading to the patio area, whilst the kitchen comes with integrated appliances and a sizeable breakfast bar! The ground floor bedroom has an en-suite and the first floor twin room has its own bathroom. The large garden is enclosed, however those with small pets will need to be mindful that their dogs may get through the post and rail fence that surrounds the property.
Walks can be had straight from the front door of the property, if you are bringing your four-legged friend they will have plenty of space to roam. The village of Pen-Y-Bont is just 3 miles away and has a pub serving food. Further down the road in Crossgates there is a café, launderette and service station. The town of Llandrindod Wells is 8 miles and has an abundance of shops, restaurants and interesting walks and a fabulous lake that you can take a stroll round whilst listening to the local wildlife. Offa’s Dyke, a famous walking trail, is only a 20-minute drive, and there are plenty of other scenic walks nearby. The Royal Welsh showground, 15 miles, has lots to offer in the way of events and shows, not forgetting the famous Royal Welsh Show in July. Elan Valley is a must see with some fabulous dams and areas to explore. Pub 3 miles.
