The Beach House

This stunning property boasts plenty of outdoor facilities in the spacious, west-facing garden, just a 5-minute walk to the beach hut which is available for guests to enjoy.
On the ground floor the hallway provides access to the left to the utility room which contains a washing and drying machine, electric powered clothes drying rack, additional clothes airer, iron and ironing board, various wet suits/jackets, and additional storage space for your excess gear. Also to the left is the main bathroom which has an accessible walk-in shower. The kitchen is neatly off the dining room and is fully equipped for cooking and home dining.
On the first floor, the master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with over-bath shower, and comprises of a queen bed, built-in wardrobes, chest of drawers, night tables and bedside lamps. The master bedroom also opens to a garden-facing roof terrace with bistro table and chairs, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or the sunset. The second bedroom also contains a queen size bed. This room is currently decorated with Harry Potter memorabilia and comprises a chest of drawers, nightstands with bedside lamp, and the third bedroom has a double bed.
Outside you will find a large, sunny west-facing rear garden complete with gas barbecue, and the ‘Den’ at the bottom of the garden has bunk beds, and plenty of indoor/outdoor toys and games. Also at the bottom of the garden is an outdoor play area with swing, slide and climbing frame. The multi-purpose garden room has a desk to cater for working from home, and gym equipment. Beach ⅓ mile.
