Cwt Celyn
Cwt Celyn is a one-bedroom cabin up the hill from Pandy Tudur, near Conwy. It's for two people. It has a 5 Star rating, which means it's comfortable and well-kept.
The cabin sits in its own garden with wildflowers. The view looks out over the fields towards Snowdonia. You get some good sunsets from there. There's a hot tub on the patio.
Inside is all on one floor. One bedroom, one bathroom with a shower. It's compact, but it has what you need. The bed is made up for you when you arrive.
You're up a track, so it's quiet. You'll see buzzards and red kites. There are sheep in the fields. The garden is enclosed.
For a pub, there's one a few miles down the road in Llangernyw. They do food and a Sunday roast. Betws-y-Coed is about a 20-minute drive. It's a proper village with places to eat and shops, set in the forest.
You're well placed for getting out. Snowdonia is on your doorstep for walking. For other things, Zip World, the Forest Coaster, and Surf Snowdonia are all within half an hour's drive. The coast at Conwy or Anglesey is about an hour away.
Facilities are straightforward. There's parking right outside, a BBQ, and the electricity is included. No pets.
