High Trees View is a new house in Knaresborough. It's detached, so no neighbours attached. It's got four bedrooms and four bathrooms, and sleeps eight. It has a 5 Star rating, which means it's modern and well-equipped.
The house is on a slope. The main living space is on the top floor, with a kitchen and big sofas. There are bi-fold doors out to a balcony that looks over the trees. You can use the lift to get between floors if you need to, which is handy with bags or for accessibility. There's a little bridge over to a raised lawn at the back.
All the bedrooms are on the first and ground floors. Three have en-suites. The ground floor bedroom uses the separate bathroom on that floor. The beds are made up for you when you arrive.
Knaresborough itself is a nice market town. The market is on a Wednesday. There's Mother Shipton's Cave, the castle, and the river. You can walk along the riverside or hire a boat. There are pubs and restaurants within walking distance of the house.
Harrogate is about a 20-minute drive away for more shops and restaurants. The Yorkshire Dales National Park is on the doorstep for walking or cycling.
For facilities: there's parking, a washing machine, a dishwasher, and WiFi. There's a cot and a stairgate if you need them. It's wheelchair accessible, with the lift and level access at the entrance. There's an electric vehicle charger. You can bring up to two dogs.
