Paradise House is in Shipston on Stour. It's a detached house on a quiet street. The name's a bit grandiose, it's just a normal house. But it's a good size.
It sleeps eight. Four bedrooms, two bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's well-equipped and comfortable. The stairs are fine.
The main thing is the back. The kitchen has those big folding doors that open right up onto the garden. It's good if you've got kids running in and out. There's a separate living room and a games room with a table football table. It works for groups.
Shipston itself is a small town. There's a Co-op for basics, a few pubs that do food, and a leisure centre with a pool. It's useful rather than glamorous.
You're right on the edge of the Cotswolds. Moreton-in-Marsh is about ten minutes drive. Stow, Bourton-on-the-Water, Broadway, they're all within twenty to thirty minutes. It's an easy base for that.
Stratford-upon-Avon is close, maybe fifteen minutes. You can see a play at the Royal Shakespeare Company or just walk by the river. Warwick Castle is about half an hour away. Oxford is around an hour's drive.
For facilities: it has a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, parking for a couple of cars. Bedding and towels are included. There's a travel cot and a stairgate if you need them. The garden is enclosed. No pets allowed.
