Fronheulog Holiday Cottage

This lovely cottage has a spacious living room with a cosy wood burner, 42" Smart TV, an open plan dining area and kitchen, double bedroom, utility and ground floor bathroom with shower over the bath. On the first floor is a double bedroom and a snug room, and to the front of the property is a large patio area with seating. This 18th-century cottage, which is available to adults only, is situated a mile before Lake Vyrnwy in the heart of Mid Wales, and is tucked away in a corner of the owners’ 27-acre farm. It has its own private yard which is solely for guest’s use, along with an open garage. Also home to a small quiet static caravan park for semi retired people to simply enjoy the peace and quiet that the area of Lake Vyrnwy has to offer.
The RSPB owned Lake Vyrnwy is 1½ miles from the cottage and offers some fabulous walking and bird watching from pied fly catchers to dippers’ nests right by the lake. You can also spot ravens, buzzards and peregrines from this beautiful spot. If you are looking for a relaxing break away, which is also an hours drive from the coast, then this is the place to be. Shop 1 mile, pub and restaurant 1½ miles.
