River Nene Cottage

River Nene Cottage is ideal to use as a base from which to explore the area and is close to all the local amenities. It’s perfect for couples or small familites and is only a 10-mile drive to King’s Lynn, and the North Norfolk coastline is only a little further on. King’s Lynn is steeped in history, nestled between two rivers and dating from the Middle Ages, there is plenty to see and do in this once prosperous port.
There’s something for everyone, from traditional seaside attractions to the stunning nature reserves and natural wildlife of The Wash. Don’t miss the seals who call this part of the Norfolk coast their home. Sutton Bridge has a good range of shops, pubs, restaurants and cafés as well as the River Nene nearby for fishing or just watching the boats go by. There are good walks and cycle routes throughout the area and the coast is stunning all year round. Beach 27 miles. Shop, pub and restaurant 500 yards.
