Stevannah Bishop's Moat

Stevannah is a converted barn on our farm in Bishop's Moat. It's detached. You get your own views, which are good. You can see right across the fields towards Wales.

It sleeps three. Two bedrooms and one bathroom. It's got a 3 Star rating, so it's comfortable but not luxury. Because it's a barn conversion, the ceilings are quite high in the main room. The conservatory faces west, so you get the sun in the evenings.

The local pub is in Chapel Lawn, about three miles away. Bishops Castle is two miles. It's a proper little market town with some good shops and places to eat. It's got two breweries if that's your thing.

You're right on the Shropshire-Welsh border here, so the walking is excellent. You'll see red kites most days. For a longer day out, Carding Mill Valley and the Long Mynd are about half an hour's drive. Ludlow is about twenty minutes away, and Shrewsbury is maybe forty minutes.

It's a working farm, so you'll hear and see farm animals and machinery sometimes. The parking is right next to the barn.

Facilities: There's a washing machine, WiFi, a cot and a highchair if you need them. Bedding is included. You can bring up to two dogs.
