Fletland Mill

Fletland Mill is a detached house in Baston. It's one of several cottages here, all set by the River Glen. You get your own patio that looks out over the river. There are fields on the other side with horses and llamas. The grounds are about three acres, mostly grass. It's quiet.

It sleeps eight people. There are four bedrooms and three bathrooms. It's a 5 Star place, so it's well-equipped and comfortable. The entrance and main living area are on the ground floor and are wheelchair accessible.

The garden is enclosed. There's also a bigger, fenced area across the river where dogs can run off the lead. You can walk along the riverbank there, it's just for these properties. There's a tennis court you can use if you ask first.

Baston village has a shop and a pub that does food. Market Deeping is about three and a half miles away for more shops.

You're about nine miles from Stamford. That's where the Burghley Horse Trials are. Peterborough is eleven miles for bigger shops or the train. The area is good for cycling and walking straight from the door. There's local fishing on the River Glen.

For facilities: it's got a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi and TV. Bedding and towels are included. There's on-site parking and an electric vehicle charger. We can provide a cot and highchair. You can bring up to two dogs.

If you're looking for things to do, National Trust Lincolnshire has local places. For walking and cycling routes, Lincolnshire Wildlife Trust is useful.
