This is Fletland Mill. It's a detached cottage by the River Glen, near Baston in Lincolnshire.
It sleeps eight people. Four bedrooms, three bathrooms. The people who run it have a five star rating. It's a comfortable, well-equipped place.
You get your own patio looking over the river. There are fields on the other side, usually with horses or llamas in them. The grounds are about three acres, mostly lawn. There's also an extra eight acre field across the river, with a walkway along the bank that's just for guests here.
If you're bringing dogs, there's a large enclosed area where they can run off the lead. You can also use the tennis court if you ask in advance.
Baston village has a shop and a pub that does food. Market Deeping is about three and a half miles away for more shops.
It's nine miles to Stamford, where the Burghley Horse Trials are. Peterborough is eleven miles. There are a lot of good country pubs and walks around here. You can fish locally.
The cottage has parking, including an electric vehicle charger. It's wheelchair accessible at the entrance. WiFi, TV, washing machine, dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring up to two pets.
