The Holt is in Baston, Lincolnshire. It's one of six cottages next to the River Glen. They're grouped together, but each one is private.
It's a new build, so it's got a 5 Star rating. That means it's very modern and well-equipped. It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. All on one level, which is handy.
You get your own garden and a big patio right by the river. You look out over the water and fields with horses and llamas. There's a tennis court you can book to use, and a large, fenced-off area just for dogs to run around.
Baston village has a shop and a pub that does food. Market Deeping is about ten minutes away for supermarkets and more shops.
For walking, you can follow the river from the cottage. Stamford is about nine miles. It's a nice town to wander around and is where the Burghley Horse Trials are. Peterborough is eleven miles for bigger city things.
The property is wheelchair accessible at the entrance. It's all open plan inside. There's an electric vehicle charger, parking, WiFi, and a TV. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring up to two dogs.
