The Sett

The Sett is a cottage in Baston, Lincolnshire. It's part of a small group of places called Fletland Holiday Hamlet, right by the River Glen. You get your own patio looking over the river. There are fields on the other side with horses and llamas.

It's for two people. One bedroom, one bathroom. It's got a 5 Star rating. That means it's well finished and comfortable. It's all on the ground floor and the entrance is wheelchair accessible.

The whole site is about three acres of garden, so there's plenty of space. There's also an extra fenced area across the river for walking, and a separate, enclosed field just for dogs to run in. You can use the tennis court if you ask ahead.

Baston village has a shop and a pub that does food, about a mile away. Market Deeping is closer for more shops, maybe a ten minute drive.

For days out, Stamford is about nine miles. It's a nice old stone town and where the Burghley Horse Trials are. Peterborough is eleven miles the other way. The area is flat, so good for cycling. There's fishing locally if you have a licence.

The cottage has an electric vehicle charger, WiFi, and TV. Bedding and towels are included. One well-behaved dog is welcome. There's parking right outside.
