The Warren
The Warren is a detached house on the Fletland Holiday Hamlet near Baston. It's right by the River Glen. You get a private patio that looks out over the river and the fields. There are horses and llamas in the next field.
It sleeps six people. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, both with showers. It's got a 5 Star rating, which means it's well-equipped and comfortable.
The main thing here is the space. The house is on three acres of shared grounds, mostly lawn. There are eight more acres across the river with a private walk. It's very quiet. For dogs, there's a large, enclosed area just for them to run off the lead.
Baston village has a shop and a pub that does food, about a mile and a half away. Market Deeping is three and a half miles for more shops.
Stamford is nine miles. It's a nice town and where the Burghley Horse Trials are. Peterborough is eleven miles for bigger shops or the train station.
For facilities: it's all on one level inside, so no stairs. There's a cot and highchair. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking right outside and an electric vehicle charger. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome. There's a tennis court you can book to use.
