Three Dorchester Drive

This is Three Dorchester Drive in Whitechapel. It's one of a set of cottages next to the Cross Keys Inn. It's a terraced house, but it's got its own enclosed garden out the back.

It sleeps four people in two bedrooms. There's one bathroom upstairs. It's got a 4 Star rating. That's a good mark. It's comfortable and well looked after. The stairs are a bit steep, just so you know.

You've got parking on site. The garden is enclosed. Inside, it's open plan downstairs. There's a TV and Wi-Fi. Bedding and towels are included. We provide a cot and a highchair if you need them. No pets, sorry.

The Cross Keys Inn is right there, literally next door. It serves food. Whitechapel itself is a small village. If you need a bigger shop, Garstang is about a ten-minute drive. It's a nice market town.

The Forest of Bowland is right on the doorstep. You can walk straight into it. It's good for walking and cycling. Forest of Bowland National Landscape has details on routes. Clitheroe is about a 20-minute drive. You can see the castle there. Clitheroe Castle is run by English Heritage. The coast at Blackpool or Morecambe is about half an hour away by car.

That's about it. It's a solid base for exploring this part of Lancashire.
