Adamsons Barn Inglewhite

This is Adamsons Barn. It's in Inglewhite, a small village about eight miles outside Preston. The barn is detached, and next to our house, but it's entirely private.

It sleeps eight people. Four bedrooms, two bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have their own shower rooms. One of the ground floor bedrooms has big doors that open straight out into the garden. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable.

The garden is big and fully enclosed. There's a hot tub out there. You're welcome to use it.

A pub that serves food is about ten minutes walk away. The local shop is a bit further, about four miles away in Longridge. Longridge has supermarkets, cafes, and a small cinema too.

Beacon Fell Country Park is four miles from here. Good for a walk, and the views from the top are excellent on a clear day. You can see over to the Forest of Bowland and Morecambe Bay.

For mountain biking, Gisburn Forest has trails. The Tolkien Trail starts in Hurst Green, if that's of interest. Clitheroe Castle is in the Ribble Valley.

If you want to go further, the coast at Lytham St. Annes is about half an hour's drive. Blackpool is twenty miles away. Both the Lake District and the Yorkshire Dales are about an hour away by car.

In terms of facilities, it's got a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. There's on-site parking. The garden is enclosed. We can provide a cot and highchair. It is wheelchair accessible at the entrance and has a ground floor bedroom and bathroom.

You can bring up to three dogs.
