Adamsons Barn Inglewhite

This is Adamsons Barn. It's in Inglewhite, a village a few miles north of Preston. It's detached, next to our house, but you've got your own space.

It sleeps eight in four bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have an en-suite shower each. One of the bedrooms downstairs has big doors that open straight into the garden. There are two bathrooms in total. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's roomy and well-equipped, not luxury, but comfortable.

The garden is enclosed, which is good if you've got kids or dogs. We allow up to three pets. There's a hot tub out there too.

You can walk to the local pub in about ten minutes, they do food. The nearest shop for basics is in Longridge, about ten minutes drive.

Beacon Fell Country Park is very close, just a few miles. It's good for a walk with decent views. If you like cycling, Gisburn Forest has proper mountain bike trails about half an hour away.

You can get to the Forest of Bowland, the Ribble Valley, and Longridge town for shops and cafes all within twenty minutes or so. The coast at Lytham St. Annes is about half an hour's drive. Blackpool is about forty minutes if you want the Pleasure Beach or the big waterpark.

The Lakes and the Yorkshire Dales are both roughly an hour's drive if you fancy a longer day out.

In terms of what's here: there's parking, a washing machine, a dishwasher, WiFi, and a cot and highchair if you need them. All the bedding and towels are included. It's wheelchair accessible at the entrance and has a walk-in shower.
