Clougha View Quernmore

Clougha View is a converted barn on our farm in Quernmore. It's one of three in a terrace. You get lovely views across the fields to the fells and Morecambe Bay from here.

It's for two people. One bedroom, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable and clean, and we've tried to make it nice.

The barns are on a working beef and sheep farm, so you'll see us out and about with the animals. You might hear farm noises. There's a patio area with a bench to sit and look at the view.

You're right on the edge of the Trough of Bowland, which is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The walking from the door is excellent. Lancaster is about a fifteen minute drive. It's got the castle, shops, and plenty of places to eat.

Morecambe is about eight miles for the seaside. The Yorkshire Dales are about half an hour away. It's about forty minutes to the southern Lakes, around Kendal. Blackpool is under an hour if you fancy that. Manchester and Liverpool are just over an hour's drive.

Facilities: WiFi, TV, parking right outside. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them. One well-behaved dog is welcome.
