Headland is an apartment near St Margaret's at Cliffe, on the Kent coast. It's up on the cliffs.
It's a 4 Star place, which means it's comfortable and well-fitted. Sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one double and one with a single bed that has a pull-out trundle underneath. One bathroom.
The living area is open plan and quite bright. There's a small courtyard garden at the front. It looks over the road to the Pines Garden, which is nice. You can sit out there with a coffee.
The beach is about a five minute walk down the hill. It's a pebble beach in a bay, good for rock pools when the tide's out. The Coastguard pub is right on the beach, they do food.
The walking is the main thing here. You're right on the clifftop paths. You can walk to the South Foreland Lighthouse for a cream tea, or along to Kingsdown. The National Trust White Cliffs site has maps.
Dover is about ten minutes by car. The castle is there. Deal is a bit further, maybe twenty minutes. They've got a good high street and the pier.
Inside, you've got a washing machine, dishwasher, TV, and WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking for one car on the drive. You can bring one dog.
