Lily Pad 1 is one of a set of stone cottages in Nassington. It's set around a courtyard. You're in the Nene Valley here, so it's very flat and green. The village is quiet.
It sleeps six people in three bedrooms. There are two bathrooms, one of which is a wet room on the ground floor. It has a 4 Star rating. The place is modern inside, not old-fashioned. There are French doors out to your own garden, which is enclosed.
As part of the site, you get free use of the shared indoor heated swimming pool. You can also book it for private use. There's a big shared games room with sofas, a TV, table tennis and a football table.
You can walk or cycle straight from the door. There are paths to the River Nene. The village has a pub and a shop within walking distance.
Oundle and Stamford are both market towns about a 20 minute drive away. Rutland Water is roughly 20 minutes away too, for sailing, cycling or walking. For a big day out, Burghley House is about the same drive. Hamerton Zoo Park is popular and is 15 miles from here.
If you head east, the Norfolk coast is about an hour and a half away. Snettisham is good for birdwatching, and Hunstanton is the traditional seaside resort.
In terms of what's here: there's a dishwasher, washing machine, WiFi, TV, and parking. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and highchair if needed. We take up to two dogs. There's an electric vehicle charger on site.
