Lily Pad 6
Lily Pad 6 is in Nassington, in Northamptonshire. It's part of a group of stone cottages around a courtyard. If you know the area, it's in the Nene Valley.
It sleeps ten. Five bedrooms and two bathrooms. It's a 4 Star place, so it's well set up. Everything is on one level, which is good if you have someone who finds stairs difficult. There's a wet room on the ground floor.
The main thing here is the indoor pool. It's heated and you get free use of it. You can also book it for yourselves privately, which you'd need to sort in advance. The living space is open plan, with French doors out to your own garden. There's a patio with tables and chairs.
Inside, there's a football table and table tennis. The kitchen has a dishwasher. Wifi, TV, all the usual stuff. Bedding and towels are included. There's an electric vehicle charger on site.
You can bring two dogs. We provide a cot and a highchair if you need them.
The village has a shop and a pub, both a short walk away. You can walk to the River Nene from the cottage. For a longer day out, Oundle and Stamford are nice market towns. Burghley House is about twenty minutes by car. Rutland Water is good for walking, cycling, or watersports, that's about half an hour.
If you need a big shopping trip or a cinema, Rushden Lakes is half an hour away. It's built around a nature reserve.
