This is Lily Pad 8. It’s one of a group of stone cottages set around a courtyard in Nassington. The location is quiet, it’s proper countryside.
The cottage sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. Everything is on the ground floor and it’s wheelchair accessible. There’s a wet room too.
You get your own enclosed garden with patio furniture. French doors open out onto it.
The main thing here is the indoor swimming pool. It’s heated and you get free access to it. You can also book it for private use. There are changing rooms and showers next to it.
There’s a shared games barn on site with a table tennis table and a football table. The living area has a TV and WiFi.
The village has a pub and a shop within walking distance. For walks, you can follow the trails down to the River Nene. Oundle and Stamford are nice market towns nearby.
If you want to go further, Burghley House is about twenty minutes drive. Rutland Water is good for cycling or a walk, about half an hour away. Rushden Lakes, also half an hour, has shops and restaurants by the water.
Facilities: there’s a dishwasher, WiFi, parking, and bedding and towels are included. There’s a cot and highchair if needed, and an electric vehicle charger. You can bring one dog.
