Lily Pad 5 is in Nassington. It's a ground floor flat, part of a group of cottages around a shared yard. You get your own little garden out the back through the French doors.
It's a one bedroom flat but it sleeps four, because the sofa in the living area is a sofa bed. It's got a 4 Star rating and is all wheelchair friendly. The bedroom and the wet room are on the same level, no steps.
Being part of the group means you get to use the shared indoor heated swimming pool. You do have to book your slot for it. It's in a separate building with changing rooms.
Inside, it's open plan. There's a table and chairs, the kitchen area, and the sofa bed. The wet room has a walk-in shower. Outside is a private, enclosed patio with a table and chairs.
The place has a dishwasher, WiFi, a TV, and an electric vehicle charger. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring one dog. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them.
Nassington has a village shop and a pub, both a few minutes' walk away. You can walk from the door down to the River Nene.
For a day out, Oundle is a nice little town with a market. Stamford is a bit further but very good for a wander. Burghley House is about twenty minutes by car. If you want to go to the coast, you're looking at a couple of hours' drive.
