The Willows
The Willows is near the village of Fackley, on the Notts-Derbyshire border. It's a detached house, so no neighbours through the walls. You get the whole garden, which is patio and lawn.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. The rating is 4 Star. It's well done up, new kitchen and so on. Two bedrooms are on the ground floor. One has a super king bed that can be split into two singles if you ask beforehand. The main bedroom is upstairs with its own shower room.
The main room downstairs is all open plan: kitchen, dining, and living area. There's a wood burner in the middle of it. The kitchen has things like a wine cooler and a coffee machine. You can park three cars on the drive.
There's a pub about five minutes walk away in Teversal. The Teversal Trails are good for a flat walk or a bike ride, they're on old railway lines.
You're quite well placed here. Sherwood Forest and the Peak District are both about a 30 minute drive. Clumber Park is maybe 20 minutes. For a day out, places like Bakewell or Castleton in the Peaks are straightforward to get to. Chesterfield with its crooked spire is about 15 minutes by car.
Included in the price: all bedding and towels, wifi, and the electricity. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them. No pets allowed.
