Tay Views Apartment

Tay Views Apartment is on the top floor of a building in the middle of Perth. It’s a third floor flat, so there are stairs. It’s a modern place, sleeps four in two bedrooms.

You get a good view from the living room window. You can see Kinnoull Hill and a stretch of the River Tay. If you’re lucky and patient, you might spot harbour seals. The otters and beavers are more elusive.

The place has a 4 Star rating. It’s clean and well-equipped. There’s a decent kitchen with a dishwasher, a washing machine, and a shower room. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair if you need them. You can bring up to two dogs.

You’re right in the town. Everything is on your doorstep: shops, the bus station, and lots of places to eat. There’s a good variety, from casual pubs to finer dining. The local craft brewery is a short walk away.

For things to do, Kinnoull Hill Woodland Park is just across the river. The paths are steep in parts but the views from the top are worth it. The new Perth Museum, with the Stone of Destiny, is now open in the old city hall. The Black Watch Museum is in Balhousie Castle, about a ten minute walk away. The Perth Concert Hall is also very close if you fancy a show.

If you want to venture out, you’re in a good spot. Scone Palace is about ten minutes by car. For a day out, you can drive to Gleneagles for golf, or head into Highland Perthshire. Dunkeld and Pitlochry are both roughly half an hour away. Edinburgh is about an hour’s drive, depending on traffic.
