This is 1 St Catherines Cottage in Perth. It's a ground floor flat in a small, modern block, built on the site of an old chapel. You get your own parking space right outside and the garden is enclosed.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one double and one twin. They're a decent size. There's one bathroom with a walk-in shower. It has a 4 Star rating, so it's kept to a good standard.
It's really handy for the town. Shops, pubs and restaurants are about 100 yards up the road. You can walk into the centre of Perth easily, it's just down the hill towards the River Tay.
From here you can get out into Perthshire pretty quickly. Loch Leven is about a 25 minute drive for walking or cycling around. For golf, there are courses close by, like the ones at North Inch. The whisky trails start not far away, and Glenshee for skiing is just over an hour north.
Inside, it's all on one level. The living room is comfortable and the kitchen is big enough to eat in. It's got the things you'd expect: WiFi, TV, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair if you need them.
