1 St Catherines Cottage
This is 1 St Catherines Cottage, in Perth. It's a ground floor apartment in a converted building, part of an old chapel site. You've got your own parking spot right there.
It sleeps four, in two bedrooms. One double and one with two single beds. There's one shower room. It's got a 4 Star rating, which we keep on top of. Means it's comfortable and well looked after.
The living room is comfortable, and the kitchen is a good size with a proper dining table. The garden is enclosed, which is handy if you have kids or just want to sit outside. Everything is on one level, so no stairs at all.
You're a couple of minutes' walk from the centre of Perth. Shops, pubs, places to eat, all about 100 yards away. The River Tay is right there for a stroll.
From here, you can get to a lot quite easily. Scone Palace is just outside Perth. For walking, the Perthshire hills start not far away. Loch Leven is about twenty minutes by car. If you're into golf or fishing, there's plenty around. In winter, Glenshee for skiing is under an hour's drive.
Facilities: everything you'd expect. Washing machine, dishwasher, wifi, TV. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and a highchair if you need them. No pets, I'm afraid.
