Cliff View
Cliff View is a bungalow just outside Perth, in the Tay Valley. It's detached, so it's just you and the garden. The garden is big, and you get a good view of Kinnoull Hill and the Friarton Bridge over the river.
It sleeps six people. There are three bedrooms. The main one has its own shower room. The other two are twins, and they share the main bathroom, which has a shower over the bath. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable, everything works, and it's clean.
The living room is a good size, and the kitchen is open plan with the dining area. It's well equipped. There's a dishwasher and a washing machine. All the bedding and towels are included.
You're about a mile and a half from the centre of Perth. It's an easy drive. There are shops, restaurants, and pubs there. The local pub is about a mile away.
For days out, you're in a good spot. Perth itself has a lot to see. You can drive up into Highland Perthshire quite quickly, or over to the coast at places like St Andrews. Scone Palace is very close. If you're keen on walking, Kinnoull Hill Woodland Park is right there with trails and views.
