Cliff View
Cliff View is a bungalow on the edge of Perth, in the Tay Valley. It's detached, so you've got your own space. The garden is big and private. The view is out towards Kinnoull Hill and the Friarton Bridge over the river. It's quiet.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms. The main one has its own shower room, and there's a family bathroom with a shower over the bath for the other two rooms. Everything is on one level, so no stairs to worry about. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's well equipped and comfortable. It's spotless.
You're about a mile from Perth town centre. That's an easy drive, or a twenty minute walk if you don't mind it. All the shops and places to eat are there. There's a local pub within walking distance, a few minutes down the road.
From here, you can get to a lot of places quickly. Scone Palace is about ten minutes by car. For a walk, Kinnoull Hill Woodland Park is right there, with good paths and those same views. Dundee is roughly half an hour's drive, if you want the V&A or the Discovery Point museum. St Andrews is about an hour if you're into golf or the sea.
Further out, you're well placed for the Highlands. Pitlochry is under forty minutes north. Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park is about an hour to the west.
What's here: a full kitchen with a dishwasher, a washing machine, TV, Wi-Fi included. All bedding and towels are provided. There's parking right outside. No pets, I'm afraid.
