It's called 2 St Catherines Cottage, but it's more like a ground-floor apartment. It's in Perth itself, on a quiet street just off the main drag.
It sleeps five. Two double rooms, one single, and one bathroom. Everything you'd need is there: washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi. The garden out the back is enclosed, which is good if you have kids. Parking's right there on site.
It's got a 4 Star rating. That means it's well kept and properly equipped. It's not huge, but it's comfortable and the kitchen is a decent size.
The best thing is you can walk everywhere from there. Shops, pubs, restaurants are about a minute away. The River Tay and the centre of Perth are a short walk.
For days out, you're right in the middle of things. Loch Leven is nearby for walking and cycling. There are loads of golf courses. Glenshee is about an hour's drive for skiing in the winter. St Andrews, Dundee, and Stirling are all within an hour's drive too.
