The location is the main thing. You're right in Perth, but it feels quiet. Shops, pubs and restaurants are about a minute's walk away. Some decent ones, too.
From here, you can get to a lot. The River Tay is a short walk. It's a good base for golf or fishing if that's your thing. For walking, you've got the hills and lochs of Perthshire all around. Loch Leven is worth a trip, it's not far. In winter, you can be at the ski slopes in about an hour.
Inside, it's got what you need. There's a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and TV. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair. It's not a single cottage, there are other properties here, but you have your own front door and garden.
