Boatland Cottage is near Perth, right by the River Tay. It's a detached house from the 1800s. The garden is big and private, it goes right down to the riverbank. It's a quiet spot.
It sleeps four people. Two bedrooms and one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable and well looked after. The layout is open plan downstairs.
You're literally a ten minute walk from the centre of Perth. It's handy for shops and places to eat. There's a local pub about half a mile away. Scone Palace is on your doorstep, just up the road. It's worth a visit.
The property has parking, WiFi, a TV, and a washer and dishwasher. All the bedding and towels are included. No pets, I'm afraid.
If you want to explore, Dundee is about half an hour's drive. That's where the V&A museum is. St Andrews is about an hour away. Edinburgh is just over an hour if you fancy a day trip.
