Barn House
Barn House is in Aubourn, Lincolnshire. It's a converted barn in the grounds of Aubourn Hall. The hall itself is a big old place from 1628. You can walk around its gardens and grounds.
It sleeps six, in three bedrooms. There are two bathrooms. It has a 5 Star rating. We accept one well-behaved dog.
It's open plan inside, with beams and a wood burner. Big arched windows and French doors at the back look out over fields. The doors open onto a terrace and a small enclosed garden. From there you can get straight onto footpaths for walks.
There's parking for two cars right outside. At the front there's a sun terrace overlooking a courtyard.
The village has a pub that does food. Lincoln is about six miles north. It's got the castle, the cathedral, shops, and places to eat. Visit Lincoln has all the details.
Just south of Lincoln is Whisby Nature Park. It's good for a walk. If you're into golf or fishing, there are places nearby.
As part of the estate, you can use the tennis court and the outdoor swimming pool. The pool is heated from April to October. You need to book a slot for both at the estate office.
The facilities include a washing machine, TV, WiFi, and bedding and towels. All the utilities are included.
