Duckling Cottage is in Addingham. It's a stone cottage from the 1700s. Sleeps two, one bedroom upstairs, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating.
The front door opens straight into the main room. That's the kitchen, a breakfast bar, and the living space with a sofa and TV. There's an electric stove that looks like a wood burner. The stairs go up from there. They're normal, but they are old cottage stairs, so they're a bit steep and turn at the top.
Upstairs is the bedroom. It's a super king bed but it can be split into two singles if you ask. The bathroom is next to it with a shower cubicle. Outside the front, there's a small enclosed patio with a table and chairs.
Addingham is a quiet village. There are a few pubs within walking distance. It's about halfway between Skipton and Ilkley, so you've got both close by. Skipton has the castle and the canal. Ilkley has the moor and the shops.
You're right on the edge of the Dales. You can walk from the door onto paths. Bolton Abbey estate is about a ten-minute drive. It's good for a long stroll by the river. The Yorkshire Dales National Park website has maps and ideas if you're planning walks.
In terms of what's here, it's got the things you'd expect. Wifi, dishwasher, all the bedding and towels are included. The garden is enclosed. One well-behaved dog is allowed.
