This beautiful property is set in the stunning surroundings of rural Perthshire, on the renowned Cateran Trail just a few miles beyond Blairgowrie. Perfect for a special family or friends gathering, there is plenty of room to spread out, with a large open plan living space along with a separate TV/games room. Six bedrooms and five bathrooms mean everyone has their own space. The beautiful and extensive mature gardens that surround the house are a haven for wildlife so grab a good book, take a seat, and see what you can spot.
The hamlet of Bridge of Cally is just 2 miles from the house and has a good shop/post office, and hotel with pub and restaurant, while slightly further afield the market town of Blairgowrie has plenty of other facilities and eating places as well as a championship golf course at Rosemount. Skiers will love being close to Glenshee Ski Centre, just a 30-minute drive away, and being on the end of the Highlands, it is in a perfect location for exploring the amazing scenery and open spaces of this beautiful part of Scotland has to offer. Edinburgh, Glasgow and Aberdeen are only a 2-hour drive away but you have so much to see and do here, you may not need to stray far from the house.
