Riverside Cottage
Riverside Cottage is in Brandon, Suffolk. It's detached, on the grounds of a hotel by the River Ouse. You get your own garden and a private hot tub.
It sleeps six, but only has two bedrooms. They're both big, each with its own bathroom and a TV. There's a third bathroom with a walk-in shower on the ground floor too.
The kitchen is open plan with a breakfast island and a big table. There's a dishwasher and a washing machine. The living area has sofas and a large TV. The floor has a socket for laptops or games consoles.
The garden is enclosed. It leads onto the hotel lawns which go down to the river. You can hire a rowing boat from the hotel. The town's high street, with a supermarket, shops, and a pub, is just a minute's walk away.
The area is good for walking and cycling. You can follow the river path or head into Thetford Forest, which is about ten minutes by car. For a round of golf, that's about ten minutes away as well.
Further out, you've got the market towns of Thetford and Swaffham about twenty minutes away. If you want a city day, Norwich, Cambridge, or Bury St Edmunds are all within an hour's drive. The North Norfolk coast, with beaches like Hunstanton, is also about an hour.
The cottage has a 4 Star rating. Bedding and towels are included. We allow up to three pets.
